Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi (On-site)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Work from office)

Salary: ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence across platforms for a real estate consulting brand. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategy and execution — from planning content to shooting, editing, and driving measurable growth.

The focus is simple: build reach, grow a relevant audience, and convert attention into leads.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media channels: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Plan and create content end-to-end — including shooting and editing images, reels, shorts, and WhatsApp stories using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva

Coordinate with the sales team to shoot and produce property walkthrough videos

Plan and develop content outlines for long-form LinkedIn posts aligned with brand positioning

Track performance and build platform-wise analytics reports to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth

Drive lead generation through content by improving visibility and audience quality

Work closely with other marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand communication across channels

Requirements

~2–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing

~ Strong execution skills across content creation (shoot + edit)

~ Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content formats

~ Ability to think in terms of what drives reach, retention, and engagement

~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment (shoots, coordination, etc.)

~ Basic understanding of real estate content is a plus (not mandatory)
