Social Media Manager (Hybrid-working)

Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in creating and managing short-form video content across platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate will also be proficient in video editing and storytelling to produce highly engaging, trendy, and on-brand content that drives engagement and brand growth.

Plan, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, hashtags, and formats.

Collaborate with content creators, influencers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.

Write compelling video captions, headlines, and CTAs to boost engagement.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Ensure that video content maintains high quality and aligns with the brand's aesthetics and tone.

Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media tools.

Respond to trends quickly and creatively to produce real-time content when needed.

3-5 years of proven experience in social media content creation, especially Reels and Shorts.

~ Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

~ Creative eye for design, sound, transitions, and visual storytelling.

~ Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.

~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
