Senior Web Designer

About the role

We build premium, motion-led marketing websites for high-ticket brands. Our work blends strong visual language, cinematic pacing, and custom 3D/video assets.

We already handle the 3D direction and asset creation in-house. We’re hiring a designer who can turn concepts, references, and renders into cohesive, high-end web experiences that are easy to present to clients, revise visually, and hand off cleanly to development.

Compensation

₹1,00,000–₹1,90,000 per month (~$1,200–$2,000 USD), depending on experience and portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Design premium landing pages and marketing websites
• Build strong visual systems across typography, spacing, composition, color, and UI language
• Turn creative direction, references, and 3D stills/renders into polished page designs
• Create wireframes and page flows for storytelling websites
• Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile comps in Figma
• Create motion-aware keyframes / storyboard frames for major sections
• Work closely with founders to shape concepts before development
• Prepare clean design handoff for frontend developers

What success looks like

• We can preview the work clearly to clients before production
• The 3D team has enough direction to create assets quickly
• Developers have clean layouts, states, and notes to build from
• Revisions are easy to make visually in Figma

Must have

• Strong portfolio of premium landing pages / brand-led website design
• Strong typography, layout, spacing, and composition
• Strong Figma skills
• Experience designing desktop and mobile websites
• Ability to design around motion, video, and storytelling
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly

Nice to have

• Experience designing around 3D, motion, or video assets
• Experience with storyboarding or motion-aware design
• Familiarity with premium brand, landing page, or storytelling websites
• Familiarity with frontend constraints, Webflow, or Framer

• Your work is mostly SaaS dashboards or app UI
• You do not have real website case studies
• You cannot show desktop and mobile work
• You cannot explain what you personally designed
