As part of their continued growth, the team is seeking a Senior Vectorworks CAD Designer to support an expanding project pipeline. Job Summary / Role Overview

As a Senior CAD Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical drawings that bring the studio’s design concepts to life. Working primarily in Vectorworks (2D), you will support the internal design team by producing detailed and accurate drawing packages across multiple project stages.

This role requires a strong technical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into precise, build-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D technical drawings using Vectorworks
• Develop detailed drawing packages including: Plans, Elevations and Sections
• Joinery and detailed technical drawings
• Translate conceptual design direction into accurate technical outputs
• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure alignment on design intent
• Deliver drawings aligned to RIBA Stage 4 (technical design) standards
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all drawing outputs
• Incorporate revisions and updates based on feedback
• Structure and organise files to enable seamless collaboration
• Support exploration and adoption of new tools such as Rayon (if applicable)

Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience in CAD design within interior design (hospitality preferred)
• Professionally trained or degree equivalent in architecture or interior design
• Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks (2D) – essential
• Strong experience producing detailed technical drawings (not just concept work)
• Proven experience with: Plans, elevations, and sections
• Joinery and detailed design drawings
• Solid understanding of RIBA project stages, particularly technical design stages
• Ability to interpret creative direction into technical documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
• Experience working with international teams or clients (UK/Europe preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

• Background in hospitality or high-end residential design projects
• Experience with Rayon Design software (or willingness to learn)
• Exposure to multidisciplinary design environments
• Strong design sensibility alongside technical expertise

• 09:00 – 18:00 GMT
• 14:30 – 23:30 IST
