Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to manage and support end-to-end OTC processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management, along with a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP.
Handle Sales Order
Management , including order creation, processing, and tracking. Configure and maintain Pricing using Condition Technique.
Oversee
Delivery processing , including shipping and logistics execution.
Manage
Billing processes , including invoice generation and issue resolution. Work on Credit Management to monitor and control customer credit limits and risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules . Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Provide support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system optimization.
Participate in testing, documentation, and user training activities. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP SD module with focus on OTC processes. Hands-on experience in:

Credit Management
Good understanding of SAP integrations (SD-FI, SD-MM) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in S/4 HANA is an added advantage. Exposure to end-to-end implementation or support projects . SAP certification in SD is a plus.
