🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer
Are you passionate about driving quality, solving complex problems, and making a real impact on manufacturing operations? We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and lead critical quality initiatives within a dynamic plant environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Lead continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Drive defect reduction through root cause analysis and shop-floor engagement
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational performance (OEE)
- Support non-conforming material processes and containment activities
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
- Play a key role in new product introductions and production readiness
- Lead audits, ensure compliance, and maintain quality documentation
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive quality improvements
🎯 What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in tools like DMAIC, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
⭐ Nice to Have:
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Experience with GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards
