Security Officer – Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

Ensure safety and security of factory premises, assets, and personnel

Conduct regular patrols inside and around the facility

Check and verify ID cards, visitor passes, and delivery documents

Maintain daily logs and security records (visitors, vehicles, incidents)

Handle CCTV monitoring and report any suspicious activity

Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and safety violations

Coordinate with management and HR on security matters

Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Supervise security guards (if in senior role)

Assist in fire safety checks and emergency drills
