Team Hotels & Resorts is a growing hospitality entity managing operations across regions such as Uttarakhand, Goa, and Delhi. We currently operate premium resorts in Uttarakhand and Goa, along with established restaurants in Delhi and Goa, have several exciting projects in the pipeline.

At present, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take charge of our restaurant Uma by the Sea in Goa.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to grow our Events and Catering business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed events, and building strong relationships with clients and event planners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a passion for events and hospitality.

Generate new leads through calls, visits, referrals, online inquiries, and networking

Convert leads into confirmed events and meet sales targets

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions

Proven experience in sales (events, catering, hospitality, or services preferred)

Comfortable with phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Willingness to work flexible hours when required (events may be on weekends)

Experience in events, catering, hospitality, or the wedding industry

Existing network of event planners or corporate clients

Knowledge of local event venues and market trends
