About Superleap Superleap is the enterprise AI CRM that modern revenue teams need to unlock peak sales productivity. We are building Superleap CRM to be fast, easy/intuitive, flexible, and intelligent.

We intend to win by building the most robust AI CRM and the best service layer to ensure companies no longer hate their CRMs.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Superleap is responsible for generating high-quality enterprise opportunities and building the top of our revenue engine. You will work closely with founders and the enterprise sales team to identify target accounts, qualify prospects, and book high-quality demos. This role is ideal for someone with SaaS or services sales experience who understands enterprise buying behavior and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Most enterprise teams are currently held hostage by their own software. These legacy CRMs are static, unintuitive, and fundamentally disconnected from real operations. They’re "bolted-on" with AI as an afterthought, rather than being built with intelligence at the core.

Superleap is redefining the category by creating a "System of Intelligence" that is flexible, fast, and AI-native. Our mission is to disrupt the CRM category by providing a 10x superior product and service that handles enterprise complexity at scale.

1–4 years in SaaS or related enterprise sales

~ Experience in high-volume outreach and demo-booking

~ Creative to figure out ways to open doors at large companies

~ Prior experience with CRM platforms is a plus

~ 10X career growth aspirations
