Job Description
We're looking for someone who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. If you've got sales experience, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are open to learning IT troubleshooting — this role is for you.
This is a high-volume, phone-heavy role. You'll be making 100-150+ calls per day — following up with leads, closing sales, and helping existing customers with their accounts and technical issues.
Salary : $1300-$1400

Responsibilities
- Make 100-150+ outbound calls daily to leads and existing customers
- Follow up on inquiries, close sales, and recommend the right plans or services
- Assist customers with basic technical support — device setup, connectivity issues, app troubleshooting
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during every interaction
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
- Work with the team to improve processes and share customer feedback
