Sales & Customer Support Representative

We're looking for someone who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. If you've got sales experience, enjoy building relationships with customers, and are open to learning IT troubleshooting — this role is for you.

This is a high-volume, phone-heavy role. You'll be making 100-150+ calls per day — following up with leads, closing sales, and helping existing customers with their accounts and technical issues.

Salary : $1300-$1400

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience — you've sold before and you're comfortable on the phone
• Confidence making high-volume outbound calls (100-150+ per day)
• Strong communication skills — you can explain things clearly and keep conversations natural
• Customer-first attitude — you genuinely care about helping people
• Open to learning IT troubleshooting — we'll train you on the technical side (devices, apps, connectivity, streaming services)
• Problem-solving mindset — able to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly
• Experience in customer service, telecom, tech, or entertainment industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make 100-150+ outbound calls daily to leads and existing customers
• Follow up on inquiries, close sales, and recommend the right plans or services
• Assist customers with basic technical support — device setup, connectivity issues, app troubleshooting
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during every interaction
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
• Work with the team to improve processes and share customer feedback
