Job Description

Clinic Operations & Administration

 Manage front-desk operations and patient flow efficiently.

 Handle patient interactions, inquiries and appointment coordination.

 Explain treatment plans, procedures and clinic offerings to patients clearly and professionally.

 Oversee day-to-day clinic administration and ensure smooth functioning.

 Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, cleaning staff and other support personnel.

Patient & Stakeholder Management

 Ensure a high-quality patient experience through effective communication and service.

 Handle patient concerns tactfully and professionally.

 Coordinate with doctors for scheduling and operational requirements.

Marketing & Business Support

 Liaise with Medical Representatives (MRs) for tie-ups, collaborations and promotional deals.

 Support marketing initiatives and outreach programs.

 Occasionally travel with the assigned doctor across Northeast India and PAN India for marketing

activities, partnerships and deal finalizations.
