Summary: Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects.

BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

10 to 13 yrs years' experience ( Only apply if have relevant experience)

Area of Responsibilities

Preparation of PFD & HMB.

Preparation of P& IDs.

Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.

Development of process Equipment data sheets.

Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.

Review vendor drawings.

Interaction with vendors/Clients & DECs.

Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures

Site visit when required.

Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studies

Attending FAT & SAT.

Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

Competencies

Knowledge of HYSYS, PROSIM,CHEMCAD

Knowledge of Hydraulic calculations

Proficient in MS Office, Internet
