ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Conduct physiotherapy & aquatherapy assessments and treatments

✔ Manage a designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner

✔ Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological & complex conditions

✔ Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement & review treatments

✔ Monitor progress and modify rehabilitation plans for optimal outcomes

✔ Maintain accurate clinical records as per professional standards

✔ Participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment & discharge planning

✔ Educate patients, caregivers & relatives effectively

✔ Deliver care considering cultural, social, cognitive & physical needs

✔ Contribute to service development, research & aquatherapy documentation

✔ Assist in training therapy assistants and students

✔ Work independently with senior therapist support available.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

✔ Clear and empathetic communication with patients & caregivers

✔ Professional coordination with healthcare teams

✔ Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases confidently.
