Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Patent Attorney.

The Patent

Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of patent preparation, prosecution, and filing.

Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing patent applications, conducting patentability and due diligence analyses, working closely with clients on intellectual property strategies, and handling associated legal matters under patent law. The role also involves providing strategic advice on intellectual property rights and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You have minimum 1+ years of experience with an IP law firm or general law firm.

Patent Searches and opinion writing

Drafting, Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications

Replying to Examination Reports / Office Actions

Attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office independently in case of registered patent agents

Infringement Analysis

Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of two years.
