We’re Hiring | Paralegal (Paralegal & AI-Enabled Legal Technology Division)

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Duration: 3 Months extendable upto 6 Months

PPO: Available based on performance after 3 Months

About the Role

We are inviting applications for the position of Paralegal to join our Non-Litigation team in New Delhi.

This is a responsibility-driven role where you will work closely with senior professionals on real client matters. You will be involved in client interactions, structured solutions, and end-to-end matter handling through defined AI systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client calls and messages through a structured AI intake process;
• Understand, analyse, and clearly structure AI enabled client concerns
• Prepare First Consultation Reports using our AI-powered case management system
• Assist in managing matters from intake to structured resolution
• Engage with clients with clarity and confidence, including the ability to effectively explain and position solutions
• Work on documentation and internal workflows

Note: This role does not involve litigation or court appearances.

Candidate Profile

Eligibility

• LLB (or equivalent) or final-year law students
• Must be available for in-office role (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM)
