Outside - Inside Sales Representative

JOB OVERVIEW: This position will include communication skills with current and future customers. The employee must be comfortable making several calls per day, working well with your fellow co workers in the same position, generating interest, and closing sales. Quick turn around times and high demand entail with this position. This is a large fundamental to the business to help with revenue growth and maintaining customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with all parts inquiries in person, via phone, and or email
• Work with warehouse staff to insure proper fulfillment of orders
• Properly typing up orders / returns into the computer program
• Serial number info must be provided on customers invoice
• Buying out product at appropriate vendor/vendors
• Customer quoting
• Properly typing up reports into the computer program
• Customer quoting
• Filling the “Employee ALL Sales Calls Tracker”
• Communication with the inside sales reps to exceed customer potential
• Educate customers on product knowledge and new product offerings
• Following the proper procedures put in place by management
• Making efforts to reach the sales quota for each month, including total calls per day
• Minimum 2 years Oilfield Experience
• Communication Skills
• Knowledgeable with computer basics
• Class 5 Licence
• Self Motivated
• Able to travel and be away over night up to a week
