Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing B2C Tele-Sales operations to ensure seamless execution and achievement of targets. This includes setting, tracking, and achieving sales and performance KPIs, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving sales strategies to optimize outcomes. Your role will involve leading daily operations, ensuring timely follow-ups on customer inquiries and escalations.

As the Manager Operations Sales, you will need to conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching programs to enhance employee capabilities. Monitoring team adherence to company policies, including attendance, leave schedules, and productivity metrics, will also be part of your responsibilities. Implementing employee development initiatives such as mentoring and career progression plans, as well as hiring and onboarding team leads and managers, will be crucial for ensuring smooth induction and integration into operations.

Collaborating with internal departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency will be essential for effective client and stakeholder management. You will also need to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales and service quality, ensure compliance with audit requirements, security policies, and operational standards, and provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads for building and running information systems to meet business objectives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in Telesales or insurance sales (Health/Life/Travel) is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in managing large sales teams in a contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in B2C sales, tele-sales, and contact center operations.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L metrics.
  • Ability to handle sales pressure, motivate teams, and drive results.
