Job Title: Operations Manager (Hands-On, Executive Support)Location: Westchester County, NY (Scarsdale/Yonkers/Bronx + occasional travel between sites)

Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable, resourceful, and hands-on Operations Manager to support both business operations and day-to-day execution across multiple locations.

This is not a traditional office role. This position is for someone who is equally comfortable working on a computer, solving operational challenges, supporting clients, and handling real-world logistics across properties. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that everything runs smoothly — from client experience to property oversight to daily operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and is willing to step in wherever needed to get the job done.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Operations & Administrative Support- Assist with client intake processes, including guiding individuals through applications and onboarding- Support billing and payment-related tasks as needed- Help manage scheduling, communications, and day-to-day administrative workflows- Use systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal platforms to maintain organization and efficiency.

Property & Facilities Oversight- Travel between locations to ensure properties are clean, secure, and operating smoothly- Identify and resolve issues proactively (cleanliness, maintenance, organization, safety)- Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and service providers when needed- Ensure each site maintains a professional and welcoming environment.

Execution & Problem-Solving- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish without constant direction- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical solutions quickly- Step in to handle urgent or unexpected situations as they arise- Maintain strong attention to detail across all responsibilities.

Light Personal / Household Support (as needed)- Assist with occasional household-related tasks (e.g., organization, light errands, coordinating services)- Help ensure overall day-to-day flow remains smooth across both business and personal environments.

What We’re Looking For- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently- Comfortable with both administrative work and hands-on tasks- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and written)- Reliable, proactive, and accountable- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in real time- Comfortable traveling between locations regularly.

This Role Is NOT For Someone Who:- Needs constant direction or supervision - Prefers strictly desk-based or strictly physical work - Avoids stepping outside of a defined job scope - Is uncomfortable taking ownership or making decisions.
