Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support and execute key marketing initiatives. This role is designed for a marketing professional who can manage campaigns, develop engaging content, and contribute to overall brand growth.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—comfortable building campaigns from concept to execution while tracking performance and optimizing results.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Create and oversee content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and print materials
• Manage and grow company social media platforms
• Coordinate and support video content production and distribution
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project workflows
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide performance insights with recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and promotional efforts
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, and lead generation

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
• Experience with digital marketing tools, content platforms, and analytics
• Creative thinking paired with data-driven decision-making
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
