Job Description
As a Manufacturing Methods Engineer, you will be responsible for developing standard manufacturing methods for aerospace mechanical and electrical system assembly and integration. This includes preparing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation as per AS9100 standards. Additionally, you will conduct time and motion studies on critical processes, collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and testing methods, support process improvements and layout planning, and participate in Kaizen and Lean projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Your role will also involve conducting capacity studies and value stream mapping, collaborating with design and quality teams to ensure process quality, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation as per AS9100 standards.
