Hiring: CNC Operator / CNC Programmer

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator / CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team in Bengaluru.

Position: CNC Operator / Programmer

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage CNC milling and turning machines efficiently

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications

Set up tools, fixtures, and work offsets for production runs

Perform machine troubleshooting and ensure quality standards are maintained

Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments

Coordinate with design and production teams for manufacturing feasibility

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with CNC machining operations

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software:

Mastercam

Fusion 360 CAM

Knowledge of G-code, M-code programming, tooling selection, and machining parameters

Experience with fixture design and process optimization

Good understanding of manufacturing tolerances and quality control

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in:

Mechanical Engineering

Manufacturing Engineering

Production Engineering (preferred)

Preferred Candidate:

5+ years of relevant CNC machining/programming experience

Strong problem-solving and shop-floor execution skills

Experience working with precision components and prototype manufacturing
