Job Description

As an HRBP-Manager at this global organization, your role involves managing projects and people for HR activities related to the employee lifecycle. This includes Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Exit management. You will provide on-the-ground support and drive initiatives of respective COEs for engagement, Reward and Recognition, Diversity, and inclusion.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Acting as the primary contact for local business leaders on human capital issues
  • Strategizing and leading employee engagement initiatives, improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and developing retention strategies
  • Collaborating with business leaders to communicate HR direction and issues
  • Managing end-to-end compensation exercises, including benchmarking and designing compensation philosophy
  • Providing relevant metrics, analytics, and data to make HR-related business decisions
  • Offering HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Resolving critical or sensitive customer service and operations issues
  • Ensuring HR solutions align with business strategy
  • Supporting cultural changes through various methods, including implementing action plans following the GPS Survey
  • *Qualifications:**
  • 8-13 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good Stakeholder & People Management Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong data analysis skills
