Junior & senior structural engineers

MPP Engineers, LLC is seeking both Junior and Senior Structural Engineers for full-time / part time / freelance remote positions based in India. We are looking for highly motivated engineers with experience on U. S.-based projects who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of years of experience on US projects required.

Key Responsibilities Design simple 1–2 story residential and commercial buildings , including warehouses Develop and design steel connections in accordance with AISC standards Perform miscellaneous steel design , including stairs, railings, ladders, and related components Conduct structural analysis and prepare detailed engineering calculations

Develop structural systems and ensure compliance with applicable U. S. codes and standards

Create and review construction documents using CAD software Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and practical structural solutions Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients through written and verbal channels Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience on U. S.-based structural engineering projects (required) Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards Proficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculations Experience with AISC steel design and connections Experience with CAD software for design and drafting Ability to design low-rise structures and typical building systems efficiently

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Work Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
