Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client DDQs, security questionnaires, audits, and evidence submissions as your primary responsibility

  • Administer Windows, Linux & Active Directory, involving RBAC, GPOs, and user lifecycle management

  • Monitor systems, investigate security incidents, and perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Oversee VAPT coordination, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Maintain IT asset management, access control, and infrastructure documentation
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors for security and infrastructure requirements

  • Good understanding of ISO 27001, TPN, and security best practices

  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Active Directory administration
