HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations
Location: Office + Field Coordination (Nagpur / Assigned Location)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can handle end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The role is critical in building and managing a multi-skilled healthcare team for field and camp-based operations.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
- Hire for roles like Coordinators, Phlebotomists, Camp Heads, Nursing Staff, Accountants
- Manage portals like Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
Employee Management:
- Handle onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate with field teams for staffing and availability
- Address employee concerns and queries
Operations Support:
- Ensure proper manpower planning for camps and field activities
- Coordinate with management for workforce requirements
- Assist in performance tracking and reporting
Compliance & HR Processes:
- Maintain HR policies and documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination (with accounts team)
- Ensure adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or BBA/B.Com with HR experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience (recruitment-focused preferred)
- Experience in bulk hiring / field hiring is a big advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare / field workforce hiring
- Familiarity with blue-collar + mid-level hiring (WorkIndia, Indeed)
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
