Job Description
Premium 12-room boutique hotel with poolside restaurant, rooftop venue, banquet, and swimming pool — all on one campus in central Hisar.
You will run the hotel. Front desk team, kitchen team, housekeeping, restaurant, rooftop venue — everything reports to you. You report directly to the owner.
Your main focus areas: kitchen coordination and food quality oversight, restaurant service during dinner hours, OTA management , Google review responses, event and party bookings, guest complaint resolution, property maintenance follow-up, and daily revenue reporting to the owner.
Need 3+ years in hotel operations — front office, F&B, or duty manager level. Comfortable managing a kitchen team, not just a front desk. Good written English for online reviews and OTA communication. Someone who takes ownership and solves problems without waiting to be told.
