The Company is in search of a Head of Business Intelligence to spearhead the development and leadership of its BI function. This pivotal role is suited to a professional with a robust background in data engineering and analytics, particularly within the context of affiliate or performance marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small BI team, owning the data platform, and transforming intricate datasets into practical insights that drive commercial and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, warehouse models, and semantic layers, ensuring data quality and consistency across all marketing channels, and delivering advanced performance analysis. The role also involves defining and implementing scalable BI processes, standards, and best practices, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance tracking, data collection, and reporting accuracy. Applicants for the Head of Business Intelligence position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in data-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on both analytics and data engineering. A background in affiliate marketing or performance-driven digital businesses is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling BI platforms, including pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, and analytics frameworks. Strong SQL skills, experience with Python for data analysis and modeling, and proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI are required. The role demands a deep understanding of performance analysis, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, forecasting, and experimentation, as well as the ability to communicate complex data effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are also a must.
