Rural Northern Saskatchewan Automotive Dealership
Full-Time | Permanent | In-Person
A well-established domestic automotive dealership in rural Northern Saskatchewan is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to lead and develop our Parts and Service departments. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and creating an exceptional customer experience in a close-knit community environment.We are looking for a motivated leader who can mentor and support a developing team while driving operational performance, accountability, and growth across fixed operations. Candidates with experience in either Service Management, Parts Management, or both are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts and Service departments
- Coach, mentor, and develop a growing team of employees
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Monitor departmental performance, profitability, and efficiency
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development
- Ensure warranty, safety, and manufacturer standards are maintained
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to support overall business goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience required
- Experience in Service Management, Parts Management, or Fixed Operations leadership preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop employees at varying experience levels
- Organized, process-driven, and customer-focused
- CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
