Job Summary The Facility Management (FM) professional will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing on-site teams and vendors.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Supervise site staff and ensure service quality standards
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and services
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations
- Monitor daily reports, checklists, and performance metrics
- Maintain inventory and control operational costs
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Engineering preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
