Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
• Engage in direct sales conversations, presenting solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring clear communication of value propositions
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and professional service
• Negotiate terms with clients to close sales while maintaining positive relationships for future business opportunities
• Support marketing efforts by reaching out to warm leads and following up on inbound inquiries

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications

• Prior experience or familiarity with sales is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
• Direct Entry Level Sales Representative experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills with a proactive attitude toward business development
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Customer service mindset with a focus on building trust and delivering value to clients
• Basic understanding of technology sales or technical sales concepts is beneficial but not mandatory
