Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for leading the overall digital growth strategy for the company in India, the UK, and the US. Your main focus will be on driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue through various digital marketing channels such as performance marketing, SEO, social media, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that targets acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team covering performance, SEO, social media, content, and CRM.
  • Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets while ensuring clear ROI and KPI targets are met.
  • Run and scale performance campaigns on various platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM utilizing CPC/CPA/CPT models.
  • Oversee SEO strategies for E-commerce, Service-based, and Product-based businesses.
  • Provide guidance for content creation across blogs, newsletters, PR, and organic social platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech teams to maintain alignment across functions.
  • Develop innovative creative strategies and implement experimentation techniques for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital marketing strategies and teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics tools.
