Data understanding. Someone who can manage deliver and drive transformation across multiple programs

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong project management experience, preferably in data, analytics, or messaging-related projects.
• Good understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing) and basic AI/ML fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear updates.
• Experience managing projects across multiple geographies and working with distributed teams.
• Strong governance and organizational skills, with experience running structured project forums and tracking deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale data transformation or platform migration programs.
• Familiarity with messaging systems or event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka or similar technologies).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
