We’re Hiring | International Voice (US Insurance / US Healthcare)
Work Location: Noida & Pune
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Role: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – P&C
Experience & CTC:
✔ 0–1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication) – Up to ₹3 LPA
✔ 1–4 Years (International Voice) – Up to ₹6.9 LPA
✔ 5–9 Years (International Voice) – Up to ₹7.31 LPA
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of International Voice Experience
- Experience in US Insurance / US Healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of technical terms
- Willing to join within 15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
- Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & query resolution
- Maintain accuracy, productivity & cycle time standards
- Perform policy transactions & data entry tasks
- Assist in premium booking & business support activities
- Work on data integrity & reporting tasks
- Support training, QA & supervisory functions
- Mentor new joiners (buddy role)
Additional Information
- Cab facility available (within 30 KM radius)
- Versant Test will be conducted post Technical / HR / Ops rounds
