Process: Blended (Chat & Email support + Inbound & Outbound calls Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice – on paper)

Laptop & stable broadband connection required

Not hiring pursuing students Other Details:

6 days working, 1 rotational week off
