Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can combine creative thinking with strong execution. This role involves developing social media strategies, conceptualizing content and campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across digital platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping brand narratives, driving engagement, and building communities for both our in-house and client brands.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience
Create engaging content using tools like Canva ,Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite
Write compelling captions and content that complement visuals
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs
Content Curation & Trend Mapping
Curate relevant content that enhances brand positioning
Monitor competitors and identify content opportunities
Brand & Campaign Strategy
Contribute to overall brand strategy in the digital space
Ideate and plan campaigns, launches, and content themes
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and aesthetics
Work cross-functionally to integrate brand storytelling across channels
Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Content Planning & Calendaring
Create and manage monthly content calendars
Ensure consistency in posting, messaging, and brand identity
Schedule and publish content using relevant tools
Photography & Video Direction
Capture or guide the creation of high-quality visual content
Edit and enhance images/videos to maintain brand standards
Community & Growth
Build and nurture a strong online community
Drive strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand loyalty
1+ year of experience in Creative Strategy / Social Media roles
~ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
~ Basic knowledge of photography and video editing
~ Creative thinker with attention to detail
~ Note: Availability on Saturdays may be required for content posting and scheduling
