Job description

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected PR Manager to lead client communications, media relations, brand visibility initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing public relations campaigns that drive awareness and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for clients and in-house brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and community leaders.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, statements, and communication materials.
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews, press conferences, and events.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely communication and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
• Work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Generate leads and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome but few years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or branding would be great.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of digital media, social media trends, and content marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Experience working with media agencies, brands, or news organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
