Client Success Specialist
This role is about helping our brokerages get the most value from the technology tools and services available through the CENTURY 21 network.
You'll be the person brokerages turn to when they need guidance, have questions, encounter challenges, or want to improve how they're using our systems.
You'll build relationships with brokerage staff across the country, coordinate with technology partners when issues arise, and play an important role in improving the overall experience our network has with our technology ecosystem.
We’re not looking for a developer or someone with a degree in computers, but you should be comfortable learning new systems, solving problems, and helping others use technology effectively. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, figuring things out, and continuously learning.
What you’ll do
- Support brokerages by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them work through challenges.
- Build strong relationships with brokerages to become a trusted resource for our technology ecosystem.
- Investigate issues, coordinate with vendors, and follow through to resolution.
- Deliver webinars, training sessions, and best-practice guidance that help users get more value from our tools.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure ongoing requests, projects, and communications stay organized.
- Identify recurring challenges, user feedback, and opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
- Support onboarding, testing, reporting, and other operational initiatives across the business.
A day in the life
Your day starts by reviewing new requests from brokerages across the country. Some users need help navigating a system, others have questions about best practices, and a few require coordination with technology vendors to resolve an issue.
Throughout the day, you'll connect with brokerage owners, managers, and administrators, helping them use our technology more effectively and ensuring they have the support they need to be successful.
You might host a Zoom session to coach a brokerage manager on a platform they're adopting, meet with a technology provider to review open issues and upcoming enhancements, or prepare content for an upcoming webinar. No two days are exactly the same, but every day involves solving problems, building relationships, and helping people succeed.

- Highly organized and detail oriented, juggling differing priorities at the same time while not letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Problem solving mentality when faced with something you’re unfamiliar with.
- Persistent learner with a natural curiosity and a knack for quickly understanding new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Experience in customer success, account management, training, operations, or client support.
Nice to haves:
- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or webinars.
- Experience in real estate, franchising, or multi-location businesses.
- Experience working with large data sets in Excel.
Position details
- 37.5 hours/week (8am – 4pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Must be able to work in-office hybrid three days a week (Mon,Wed & Fri) in downtown Vancouver
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $58,000 to $66,000 CAD.
Where you land within that range will depend on your experience, strengths, and how closely you align with the role from day one. We’re open to candidates who bring different combinations of skills and potential, and we’ll take a thoughtful approach to finding the right fit within that range.
Pay: $58,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
