Cinematographer, Photographer, and Editor

We are seeking a highly capable multimedia professional with strong technical and creative expertise in videography, photography, and editing. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual/audio content across a range of formats, including social media, interviews, events, and marketing campaigns.

This position blends real-world, fast-paced production with more structured content such as talking-head videos and in-office shoots. You will own projects from planning through final delivery, including shooting, lighting, audio, and editing.

You will work closely with the marketing team while also operating independently, bringing ideas forward, making decisions, and consistently delivering polished, thoughtful work.

The Role:

• Capture both video and photography across a variety of settings, including live events, interviews, social content, and marketing campaigns
• Expert at setting up and controlling lighting in indoor and real-world environments, with a focus on flattering, professional results
• Work with non-professional on-camera talent, helping individuals, team members, and clients feel comfortable and confident
• Edit video content with a strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and emotional tone
• Create platform-appropriate edits for social and long-form content, with an understanding of structure and pacing differences
• Capture professional headshots, lifestyle images, and event photography
• Edit and process photos using Lightroom to ensure consistent, polished results
• Help develop and refine visual standards, including lower thirds, motion graphics packages, intros, and outros
• Work with the design and content teams to align visuals with brand and messaging

The Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in video production and photography, with a strong portfolio and demo reel
• Strong technical skills in shooting, lighting, and audio, with the ability to produce clean, professional results in a variety of environments
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in Lightroom is required, with the ability to produce consistent, polished results and a willingness to continue developing advanced editing techniques
• Proficient in After Effects and Photoshop, with the ability to work with and customize templates and support motion graphics needs
• Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining high standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-creative stakeholders
• Stays current with industry trends, tools, and techniques

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
