We are looking for a full-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Indore, working directly on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer queries via live chat, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless support experience. You will document interactions, escalate complex cases, and assist in identifying customer pain points to improve the overall service offering.
The ideal candidate will also proactively provide product information and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Basic technical skills for navigating support systems and utilizing required software tools
- Familiarity with customer support best practices, live chat platforms, and CRM systems is a plus
- Empathy, active listening skills, and patience to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous customer support or similar role experience is preferred
