Job Description

The Administrative and Patient Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and administrative operations at Azura. This position serves as a central point of contact for patients, providers, and partners, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the care and assessment process. The role combines strong organizational skills with a client-centered approach to coordinate services, manage documentation, and support clinical workflows.

Ideal candidate is fluent in French and English.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Services & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through assessment and care processes
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate services with healthcare providers and specialists
  • Ensure timely communication with patients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide clear instructions and support regarding assessments, documentation, and next steps
  • Maintain a high standard of patient experience, professionalism, and confidentiality

Administrative Support

  • Prepare, review, and manage reports, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry within internal systems and platforms
  • Monitor workflow timelines and follow up on outstanding items to meet service standards
  • Support billing processes and ensure alignment with insurance/disability requirements
  • Maintain organized and compliant records in accordance with privacy regulations

Operational & Team Support

  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and patient experience
  • Assist with onboarding of providers and coordination of external partners as needed
  • Support internal reporting, tracking metrics, and quality assurance initiative

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, healthcare, or insurance environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, coordination, or case management is an asset
  • Familiarity with healthcare, disability management, or insurance processes is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual French/English written and oral
