Sabyasachi Hyderabad is looking for a poised, detail-driven Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to lead and elevate one of its flagship retail spaces.

What You’ll Drive

• Flagship performance, sales targets, and conversion pipeline
• Retail reporting, daily MIS, and sales projections
• Liaison with Head Office and reporting to Retail Director
• Team leadership and service excellence on the floor
• Bridal & couture client experience (HNI, one-to-one selling)
• Store operations: trials, fittings, inventory, and audits
• Visual merchandising, store aesthetics, and brand storytelling
• CRM and long-term client relationships

Who You Are

• 3–5 years in luxury / couture / bridal retail
• Experienced with high-value clients and transactions
• Strong in retail analytics, reporting, and target planning
• Polished, articulate, and detail-oriented
• Client-first mindset with strong operational control
