Job Description

Teaching & Learning

  • Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Communication Design / Interaction Design
  • Develop and deliver lectures, studio sessions, and workshops
  • Guide students in projects related to visual communication, branding, UX/UI, interaction systems, and digital experiences
  • Evaluate student work and provide constructive, timely feedback

Curriculum Development

  • Contribute to curriculum design, course structure, and academic content
  • Update course material to reflect current industry practices, tools, and technologies
  • Integrate emerging areas such as service design, design systems, AI in design, and user research

Student Mentorship & Academic Service

  • Mentor students on academic and career development
  • Supervise capstone/thesis projects
  • Participate in academic committees, reviews, and institutional activities
  • Support industry collaborations, guest lectures, and workshops

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (M.Des / MFA / MA) in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional or academic design work
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Teaching experience at University level
