About Kathputlee Arts & Films

We are a creative production house with film and brand DNA. We have produced content for Netflix (Do Patti), worked with Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Kriti Sanon, and built campaigns for Hero Cycles, Kirloskar, Lux, and PI Industries. We work across brand films, social content, and scripted originals.

We are building an AI video and motion graphics creator pool for ongoing project-based work.

What You Will Work On

AI-generated brand films and product content

AI character storytelling and narrative sequences

UGC-style synthetic media and testimonial content

Social reels and motion content using AI-assisted workflows

Trailers, teasers, and streaming-grade promo content

Who We Are Looking For

Demonstrable portfolio of AI video or motion graphics work — minimum 6 projects

Fluent in at least 2 AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, Sora or equivalent)

Working knowledge of AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly or equivalent)

Post-production skills — After Effects, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve or equivalent

Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multi-shot AI sequences

Understanding of sound design as part of the video workflow

Comfortable with briefs that have intentional gaps — you define the audience, you build the world

Good to Have

Experience with AI lip-sync and avatar tools (Hey Gen, Eleven Labs or equivalent)

Background in brand films or film promotion content

Understanding of streaming platform content standards
