Role

• Build AI-driven testing systems (agents, workflows, orchestration)
• Turn LLM outputs into
• *deterministic, reliable systems**
• **Design validation layers, guardrails, and feedback loops**
• **Work on edge cases where AI breaks—and make it robust**
• **Strong coding in Python and/or Java**
• **Experience building real AI systems**

• Ability to think in terms of

• **Someone who enjoys working on the hard parts**
