Brief role:
- You will be working on Behalf of Nationalised/Public sector Bank.
- Coordinate banking & financial inclusion activities in assigned areas.
- Appoint, manage & support Banking Correspondents (BC) / CSP / Banking Mitra network ( Support services like account opening, cash deposit & withdrawal, AEPS, money transfer, mini statement, DBT subsidy disbursement & Micro ATM operations).
- Conduct field visits, audits & compliance checks at BC/CSP points
- Ensure adherence to bank guidelines, RBI norms & company processes
- Monitor BC performance, productivity & customer service quality
- Resolve field-level operational issues & escalations
- Coordinate with banks, regional teams & internal departments
- Prepare MIS reports, audit findings & operational updates
- Support financial inclusion & last-mile banking initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in any Sales / Field Work / Microfinance / Financial Inclusion / Banking / NBFC / BFSI / FMCG / NGO / Social Sector etc.
- Willingness to travel for field activities
- Basic knowledge of banking operations & digital applications
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
