Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage plant accounting operations, statutory compliance, and commercial activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of General Entries, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and stock reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete plant accounting activities and bill booking processes
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain commercial controls
- Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Manage vendor bills, invoice verification, and payment coordination
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain accounting records and support audit activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and commercial operations
- Experience in bill booking and stock reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting within manufacturing or chemical industry
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
