Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Import Export Executive to manage international trade operations, documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling shipments, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes for shipments
- Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle import/export documentation such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required
- Maintain records and MIS reports related to logistics and shipments
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, customs clearance, or documentation
Required Skills
- Experience working with CHA and freight forwarders
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation
- Good understanding of international shipping procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage
