Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Responsive Web Designer to lead the design, user experience, and functionality of commercial and internal websites.

This role involves conducting user research, redesigning existing platforms, and delivering high-quality design assets using tools like Figma.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interaction design principles and the ability to align design work with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign of existing websites to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Conduct focus groups or interviews with users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present design recommendations to leadership and secure buy-in for proposed changes.
  • Design web page layouts, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, and content for new product releases and web-hosted offerings.
  • Build interactive prototypes and finalized designs in Figma, ensuring assets are structured for collaboration and reuse.
  • Create internal company web pages, including graphics, animation, and functionality.
  • Align design work with organizational strategy and objectives, making decisions independently within established guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a User Designer, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Designer/Architect.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and global UI/design pattern standards.
  • Experience designing websites and UIs for applications, balancing business, technical, and design constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing and redesigning websites to improve user experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma for building interactive prototypes and mockups.
  • Ability to present recommendations to leadership and gain alignment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences through design.
