Agile Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to support product strategy and delivery within the Enterprise Computing division. This role involves close interaction with distributed technology teams and stakeholders globally, including teams in Montreal, New York, and other locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with strategic business acumen and interpersonal skills to champion agile practices, define product KPIs, and ensure alignment with delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting materials.
• Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating squad meetings with a focus on delivering customer value and aligning with business goals.
• Support product delivery efforts by partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, Development, and Service Operations teams.
• Serve as a part-time Scrum Master as needed, ensuring teams are focused, efficient, and solution-driven.
• Define and track product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess product health and performance.
• Gather insights on user needs, product performance, market trends, and evolving business opportunities.
• Maintain and present client-facing product documentation including roadmaps, release plans, and briefings.
• Align new business demands with existing product strategies and features.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee product financials, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and cost recovery models.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Specialist.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience working in Agile teams.
• Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product delivery cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Experience with product financials and managing vendor contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional methodologies such as Kanban and DevOps.
• Prior experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure or technology platforms.
• Background in metrics analysis and continuous product improvement frameworks.

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification, SAFe Agilist, or Agile Business Analyst Certification – preferred but not mandatory
