Job Description
This is a Day 1 Onsite Role and FTE/lateral Hirirng Only.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, and conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
- Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
- Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
- Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA
- Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economical manner.
- Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. Review functional and technical specification documents.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders.
- Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
Required Skills
- Experience of 12 to 15 years SD365 Customization, C# PLSQL/TSQL, Azure cloud, Developing overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements, Communicating on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
- Direct and oversee local and offshore developers
- Create technical estimations and gather technical requirements as needed ¿ Create and update design and functional documents
- Hands-on experience with C#.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, Web API with MVC, MVC.Net ¿ Proficient in User Controls, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LINQ and RDLC.
- Knowledge in working with DevExpress controls.
- Hands-on experience in Banking software development.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- An iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds ¿ Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required
- Implement project applications according to specifications
- Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high performing modules
- Unit test code to ensure quality
- Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate
- Assist project managers and directors with the creation of task level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution
- Work closely with project managers and account managers to ensure that expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets
